Boston - Amanda | Reaction! (Heartfelt!)
I was recently listening to Boston, and I realized that I've never done a reaction to them. This one is the opener from their long-awaited third album. It's a heartfelt, passionate song about telling a certain someone that you love them. It's Tom Scholz's baby, but Brad Delp's soaring voice really brings it to life.

Like always that was a great reaction. They have lots of other great songs you might want to react to. When you get a chance.
I really love the structure of the song. The Bridge acts like a Coda and we don't go back into the chorus, just a modified verse. The chords structure is good, but when it changes at the bridge, it really soars.

It sounds like other 200 songs from the 70ies. If it weren´t Boston it would never reach number one. Air Supply has better ballads than this.
It’s been 40 years today that Bruce Springsteen released Born in the USA. Not sure you have reacted to him before, try Dancing in the dark if you don’t know it. Continuing the 80’s theme recently!
This song gets me in the feels. My first wife's name was Amanda and it didn't end well. Anyway, I always liked Boston though.

Please revisit the associates and their album Perhaps - try Those First Impressions on totp, and Breakfast. I hope you heard the full version on party fears two btw, with the lovely intro and billy singing in the shower in the outro, missing off the video you saw.
