Nobody in their sane mind will miss important therapies like this for work. She should have just gone disregarding the boss. On top of that she forgives him and is ready to join back in the same company

Well, he is not doing it for her. He is giving her job back to redeem himself. He may not be able to bring back her father back from the dead, but by offering her job back to her, he can show his gratitude to her late father who helped him start that business.

If you are afraid of your boss. Then you are working in a toxic environment

This is a coincidence so he has realised. 99% does'nt. Bosses should be like a friend and parent.

Can't we learn a skill that is of great demand in the market these days? Is it not worth calling an entrepreneurship? There are many ways of being an independent self made person. One can wait and improve over a given period of time. Rome wasn't built in a day. And it's actually way better than working in a toxic environment and getting insulted every day...🙂
