Thanks, I have the same problem with my equipment and by heating it I partially solved it. I changed the capacitors as you suggested but I think the problem can be solved by consulting the schematic. Unfortunately I couldn't find it. Can you help me?

Hello! I have the same problem when I warm it up the soundbar starts up. I replaced all the capacitors but still the problem is not solved. I checked all the solder joints and they look good. Any idea what else it could be? what other elements might react to heating?

IC is punctured in power supply & could not find the ic number, can you tell the number of the ic? Model- 328040 How can send the photo of IC?

@@techhelp5037 14 pin ic & it is printed side. That side, you can see the only 2 ic. One is 8 pin & other is 14 pin.
