that's not charcoal - its metal filings and maybe OEM's moly grease remains!!!

I've just disassembled GSR 12v 35 FC that is twi years old and had only light use.. no greaae in the gearbox.. zilch!

Then disassemble the gears. And clean everything well, then assemble everything and lubricate everything well.

wrong grease used for planetary gear system, will result in heat buildup and slipping impact drill wont work optimally

Honestly I've used the grease a lot to grease my power tools, until now I've never had the problems you describe. I know there are better performance greases on the market, but I'm quite happy with this one as well.👍👍👍👌

@@jugoslavs okay you are really lucky and good for you - but next time try a NLGI-2 EP (extreme Pressure) grease of Type synthetic or Molybdenum - you may be surprised at the speed, power o/p and sensitivity improvement of the impact drill. NLGI-3 multi purpose grease and will not let ball bearings or small planetary gears freely rotate but slip or slide as grease is very thick and sticky. also if Grease is not EP then it will loose lubrication properties as the gear box heats up.

Lucas Red "N" Tacky is NLGI #2 Widely available for about $5 which will last you a lifetime. Tested best out there.

Je ne sais pas si tu liras ce message j'ai un problème sur une perceuse Bosch pro à batterie le mode percussion ne fonctionne plus auriez-vous une idée de ce qui pourrait poser le problème

Il est très probable que votre transmission ne contienne pas d'huile. Ils doivent le démonter, le nettoyer et avoir un bébé. ou le piston est défectueux

@@jugoslavs j’ai démonté, j’ai regardé si la fourchette de sélection pour le mode percussions qui est sectionné en deux
