Maybe it's obvious for some people, but life is incomparably easier, when you know how to stay calm and not get stressed about unnecessary things. Don't ever hold a breath inside you, like you're a balloon. You may notice, that you do that, when you're stressed. People put you down, and then your face turns red and you start holding in breath, as if someone was choking you.. Take a deep breath, and your whole vision on life will change. This technique allows me to go from super anxious and shy person, to a calm and fresh-feeling person, in a matter of seconds. I'm 22 years old, and only now, I started feeling like an adult.

I taught I was about to die. Like I didn't even try anymore cuz people told me I didn't had what it takes. For some reason I accepted that when I allready gave everything I had. So I was sended home, broke, lost asking myself maybe I am crazy? Even listening to motivational speeches didn't work anymore. I became just totaly numb. Than I saw this vid or yours and that's it. I have to see it. If I can't see it anymore I have to find another way to see, hear and know it's still possible. Thank you for saving my life and to show me the light again. I allready lost everything and everyone. My company, friends, family, Myself.. I don't know what those things are and kept hiding because I felt and someone told me why I can't. But you gave me hope. Now, I'm going to get myself ready and change the world again.

Thanks man. It's just very hard to stand up for yourself when you do fail and the majority tries to hunt you down to the oblivion. Like I just found out my life has been a rollercoaster the last 5 years. I just don't know what to do now. When you give everything you have and it doesn't work out. You lose your money, people and just everything you have. Even your own dignity. I try to hold on and to find another way. I'm just at a point I'm nothing. Like no one is going to follow someone who seems to be the weakest. It's really hard for not being negative about myself. Evantually I'm standing on my own now for real. I try not to be afraid to be alone. It's hard when you just can't find others like you. It's hard when everything you stood for collapse. Even tough it might not have been all your fault. Unless trusting the wrong people counts. I'm not giving up. I just don't believe that much in myself anymore. Life is so short. No matter how great your ideas and visions were. When you faill, there is just nothing left. You start thinking maybe they were right after all. Maybe there is just something wrong with me? Just why can't I do it? Just why me? You talk to yourself and to that something God. From all the people why me? My intentions were good but you are just forcing me to take this lone rough path. You start doubting yourself and your existence and past accomplishments. It's hard to be on your own. It's hard when the people who used to believe in you turn you down and look away. When you gave it everything you had. It's hard to be alone. Even tough I'm not dead yet. You just don't know anymore where to go or what to do. Who am I? Last thing I told them before they sended me away of my last stand: "Sir, I'm sorry for all my shortcomes and mistakes. I would like to thank you and all the others for the effort you put in me. I know things might look bad for me now. I know you might not see it now. But I tell you. I will be the Greatest of them all. I will be. The Greatest."

I absolutely agree and wish Younes would do more videos. Other producers are flooding YT with partly good, partly mediocre videos - it's a shame that someone who does such a great work does not produce more.

This video just saved my boyfriends life. Afterwards he really wanted to translate it to Portuguese, we would be very happy to do it, and I just read that Robertinho did it already for Portuguese BR. My boyfriend wants to share it with his loved ones, he is now VERY THANKFUL for everything he has learned from here... You did na amazing job and I want to THANK YOU for posting such important video to our lives. That is what we need to keep in mind everyday!! The words in this vídeo do not just go inside our ears, those save lifes too, like my boyfriend that just had a very hard moment and he had watched this vídeo few days before a sad episode of his life... those words brought him back to life and he fought to be standing and face the new life he wants to have. Probably my all-time favorite motivational video. I'm a photographer and plan to make videos of what I've learned through a heavy life. And I hope to contribute to anyone that can benefit from any of my videos. What got me the most from the video was that we all decided to live "average." It doesn't matter where we are at the moment, but rather the ability to move ahead and keep turning those wheels to always be better than where we are. That's what got me. Because it's true. We should always pushing forward no matter what. Always looking to enhance our minds and self's. So sick. We're all special. We're all that powerful.
