I just bought this system. I like the fact that it’s not obnoxiously loud and screaming “Look at me! I need attention! I have a small ****!” Just the right amount of growl, and very good quality.

Thanks LethalGarage & RedBarnRacing. This is a great entertaining video. It helped me pull the trigger on the purchase and perform the install. I had my son’s watch this video and we installed it in about 2 hours. We figured if it was 2 out of 10, we had t be at least 2’s..... lol It was the best Father Day moment to date. To anyone thinking about the touring, it IS louder than stock. But it you are looking for something to rattle your house windows, wake your neighbors, or let everyone know you are coming, then definitely go with the S-Type or Atak. If you are looking for something with a little deeper rumble at start, hardly noticeable when you are cruising, but makes a nice throaty sound when you give it gas, then the Touring is for you. And the Tips .......... speechless!

Those looking at the borla touring. Do not be put off by the comments stating these are like stock. Borla has a tone that no mic seems to be able to pick up. Even their own website doesn’t give the correct sound. It is a deep throaty sound but think low-medium volume. In my opinion this set up is for the daily driver. Nice deep smooth low throaty sound. But when you get on her she definitely screams. Cold start same as the s type, almost exactly the same. If your the guy who wants a nice exhaust but doesn’t want to be the dude waking half the neighborhood, this is for you. Remember most people looking for exhaust upgrades are looking for that LOUD VOLUME!! Keep that in mind when reading.

Hey, nice job with the video! Also have a '19 Rebel and looking for an exhaust that will improve the V8 sound but not piss off the neighbors. What are your thoughts on the sound of the Touring compared to stock?

Paint job on the 2nd gen looks amazing!

For those that say this is not loud enough, I will tell you that camera microphones don't translate Borla Touring mufflers very well. While touring mufflers are only a little louder than stock, the biggest change is the rumble you FEEL in your chest, etc. As I said, the camera can't pick this up.

Very good point to triple check your nuts to make sure you actually tighten them. I am all for that Mike . 😳 I would have stayed with the straight pipes. 😂 looks like u two r having to much fun at the 420 mark.

quick question. Mopar has a stock exhaust and a performance exhaust. which one did this truck have on it before the Borla went on? when I bought my Ram it had the Mopar performance exhaust on it and Im thinking about doing the Borla Touring. But, Im trying to find a comparison before I buy the Borla Touring. Thanks.

Never did a comparing video back to back stock vs touring like you said you were going to.wasnt that the whole point?-back yard ham n eggers !!

Shoulda put it in drive and turn off the stability and traction control, wouldnt have hit the limiter

LethalGarage how much louder is this than stock? Seems like its not that much louder which is what im looking for. Just a bit louder but still very similar. Is that the case cause we all know cameras just don’t do exhuast justice ever lol.

I read alot of the comments on here as I was looking at putting the Touring model on a 2019 Rebel. I eventually purchased the Touring in 2023 thinking it was going to be a little louder than stock. Wrong!!!!! The Touring edition is ALOT louder than stock. It is extremely loud at cold startup and WILL wake the neighbors. I watched many Touring videos on KZread and can say without hesitation......none of the videos here are a true representation of just how loud it is. If you want a subtle rumble...this is not the one. This video is very misleading as far as how loud it actually is.

Not sure what is different on your truck, but no neighbors are waking up due to this install. I was pretty sad with how quiet it is.

I think they removed a resonator at some point on the RAM’s from the factory. Some RAM’s sound quieter than others. Add a vibrant or Borla even makes a resonator for the touring.

No difference from the stock, better some attack sound or leave it stock
