I always found the Borg vessels to be my favorite in Trek, and after this video I suppose its because of how much they just. . .exude the nature of their faction. The other factions are always conflicted with what they see themselves as and what they want to be, but the Borg's vessels have no such issues - they are what they are and know what they want to be, across every individual and every instance. There is no disharmony, only unity

According Certifiably Ingame, the Borg Kingdom is far more aggressive than the Prime Timeline. They have a King instead of a Queen. The Kingdom dont assimilate to seek perfection, they exterminate life through assimilation, they are more combat focused, selected borg units to become Stratagems (a unimatrix commander), most drones even maintain their previous personality. Exterminate or assimilate intruders on sight, wrist mounted weaponry, some borg in combat units have a backpack device that regenerate and revive fallen drones within minutes maybe seconds. They even assimilated Jem'hdar/Dominion tech and the ISS Voyager with 97% of the crew assimilated. They even conquered former Terran territory after Spock's rebellion. Interesting how you don't mention Picard's attack in First contact (but you do show it a 8:40). A major weakness of the collective is overlooking areas they consider redundant or non-essential. He destroyed the cube attacking earth by exploiting this weakness.

I would say its more Picard basically took advantage of how the borg route power through their ships - they have a decentralized grid and power system, but need to collect it in certain areas to force regeneration - Picard basically saw them collecting energy for htis purpose and popped it before it gould be diseminated and no longer a weak point

There is no way the borg could beat up the darleks. Both are cybernetic organism which are highly adaptable. But darlek go to to toe with the time lords and are able to treat ever being in existence over many different dimentions. The best the borg could do is conquer half of the milky way until they draw to much attention and encounter a species the can not adapt to (what already happened in voyager multible times). Yes they are also capable of rudimentary time travel and open portals to other dimentions, but it's still crude compared on how easy the darleks do it.

The Kipu-Men race, in the Star Trek universe, will find Abandoned Borg Cubes, weld them together into 1 by 2 by 4, or 1 by 3 by 6 Rectangular ships, and then use them as their Home Ships, traveling the Galaxy and living their peaceful nomadic life style. They make official Living Quarters, Medical Bays, Command Bridges, and other facilities in their new found ships. Some of them will even streamline the Edges of their new ships, adding rounded edges to make sure their ships are more distinct from the simple cubes they were constructed from. Despite the small size of the Kipu-Men, being from 1ft 11in to 2ft in height, they are masters at engineering and building. Some Kipu-Men Clans, Tribes, or Factions don’t use Borg Cubes they welded together as their home ships. They sometimes use ships they built completely on their own. Kipu-Men are naturally pacifistic and don’t like being in conflict. If they encounter a threat, they usually run away, however, if they are cornered and their is no escape, they will take whatever means necessary to defend themselves. The Key component of Kipu-Men culture & society is relationships with Others, especially friends and family, and a Kipu-Men who possess a Deep desire to protect his Friends, Family, and Clan/Tribe/Faction as a whole is elected as the Clan/Tribe/Faction’s Chief.

And every change on thr design on the fly most likely need energy and emit heat. So of you force them to adapt over and over again they will either melt or run out of fuel.

The Borg concept was brilliant, especially when we consider their introduction in "Q Who" was 1989. I myself was raised on a diet of TNG, DS9 and Voyager. The problem for the poor Borg was always the insane levels of plot-armor for the Enterprise, Voyager and the main characters which eventually killed off any sort of fear factor, reducing the plots to Lord of The Rings levels of invulnerability which ultimately makes it boring doesn't it?... just like seeing the main characters running through tens of thousands of Orcs without even a scratch while waves of armor-clad Orcs just casually die even when struck by a stone? Not to worry though, because thick plot-armor and reducing the "technology beyond our understanding" unstoppable Borg to just another bunch of dim witted, zombie like morons that keep being outfoxed by lowly stupid humans was saved by a rather sexy 7 of 9 and that hot Borg phantasy did work for anyone with a pulse and went a long way towards glossing over the hefty amount of bs going on with the Borg themselves. But sexy Borg sexdrones aside, there was just no getting around the fact the Borg had been reduced from unstoppable adaptable assimilators beyond our understanding, to rather average tech with rather dumb drones that would have made Skynet proud, but hey, we always knew Captain Janeway and Picard with a side order of Data were far smarter than the entire collective. Oh... and lets add a "Borg Queen" because why not, "But they're like a sort of hive, so we should add a Queen just like a beehive cuz..." Om*g lol, they were supposed to be a one minded collective just like the USSR(I jest) but ya, adding an emotional Queen that was basically just a regular flawed person with wants and needs and failings was again, derailing the point of the Borg that were supposed to have evolved beyond all of that and just reduced them even further. Sadly, she wasn't hot like 7 of 9(subjectively speaking I suppose)), so her obvious failings were not saved by hot curves and a great combo of T+A. So there we have it. The Borg, a great idea, ruined. Add some more shapes out of a childrens learning box such as spheres and triangles and all sorts in between, have "tactical cubes" featuring Robocop armor bolted onto the original Borg crushed car cube from a scrap metal recycling facility, but sadly as mentioned, the Starfleet plot-armor was far superior than anything the Borg could rustle up, and in the end they never had a chance did they?

One thing that’s bothered me for awhile, I guess every civilization has some kind of symbol associated with it and I’m assuming these are all created by said civilization. Starfleet of course has that swept wing shape, Klingons have that three pointed blade thing. The Borg have a clawed hand. That doesn’t seem to hold to the idea of the Borg being uninterested in aesthetics.

The Borg seem tired as a concept. Their stated goal of achieving perfection by incorporating technology from other species and leaving behind organic forms suggests an evolutionary path of digitizing consciousness and assimilating technology by observation and exchange rather than violence, which sets up its own dead end. Basically, it's overdone and needed to evolve twenty years ago.
