QOTD: Avenger from one of the guys that jump off the platform from that Vaughn mission. Seeing a pearly bean coming after them hitting the floor caught me WAY off guard. I just laughed at it, in a mix of shock, disbelief and just how dumb the whole situation was

My craziest world drop was a couple of years ago when I was doing a loot midget run in wildlife. Got 4 loot midgets each one dropping a different element of Veruc… needless to say a lottery ticket was purchased after that.

I got a bee shield from a bullymong pile waaaay back on ps3!! I remember exactly which pile, too. It was in the marrowfields close to the rock in the middle in three horns!

QOTD: omg this brings back so many memories, i was playing with my cousin BL2 for the first time when i was just 12, we were doing the fire hawk mission, and the first bad*** psycho that spawns before the trap drops me a Legendary, it was an Infinity!!!! it was so cool not having to reload, and then i thought about a synergy with Zero's skill that gives damage to the first bullet, it was a very special moment that i remember 11 years after.

QOTD: not necessarily the craziest world drop but i remember when i was young and new to the game my brother got a conference call out of a varkid pod and the aspect of that happening made me start loving the game

Craziest world drop was probably my first ever world drop. It was a grenade mod from a random bandit on the run up to Flynt in TVHM. I couldn't see what it was because it clipped through the floor and fell out of bounds.

QOTD: I once got a DPUH out of a pot in Tina dlc in the lair of infinite agony. Needless to say, the rest of the dlc was cake.

QOTD: On my first playthrough ever, I got a Gub from a bullymong pile in the starting area of the game.

QOTD: My craziest world drop would have to be getting the Fabled Tortoise from Snowman..... and then getting the Fabled Tortoise from the Snowman chest in the same run :)

I remember way back when I first played BL2, I found my first legendary in a locker during the first part of Bloodshot Stronghold. I had been blessed by the presence of a world drop Harold.

QOTD. First time playing the game ever, roughly.10 years ago, read the guide before starting, and somehow while playing zero, got a random drop from a psycho, and it was a legendary ninja class mod!!!! I was blown away!!! I wasn't more than level 10, and that drop is what got me addicted to this game for years on end!!! Awesome memorable moment of the many I have from this amazing masterpiece of gaming!!!

QOTD: I remember yelling WHAT? when I got an infinity pistol from those grey chests. The ones that usually just have a white pistole or one random ammo pickup in them, at Flynt's area. My dad walked in and asked me what I was so excited about because of how shocked I was.

My craziest world drop was either a nearly perfect barking storm from the handsome sorcerer or a arguably perfect lyuda from a buzzard when I was doing a LVL 50 torgue dlc. It was matching grip, damage prefix and Dahl stock, as well as being lvl50

Whenever I watch these playthroughs of yours it always makes me want to re-download the game and play it myself. Love your videos.

@sleepcycle8032 Whenever I watch these videos I also want to play BL2. So I turn on my Switch, get annoyed with my Pro controller’s clunky sticks, that and I can’t seem to swap weapons very well and give up. Better to just watch the videos.

I've played way too much to remember all the crazy drops. But off the top of my head, getting an Avenger out of one of the lockers in the Crimson Raider HQ was pretty neat

craziest world drop for me was a sawbar dropped from a bandit during the fight right before the slab king

I get a lot of world drops tbh, and probably my craziest I can think of is a Legendary Siren class mod from a Pixie while farming for a Bee Shield from trees. I had just hit OP10 on Maya and the class mod was OP10 so it was so good. Also very fitting drop source.

QOTD: I got a Casual Carnage on my Krieg at level 57 from one of the Pshycos beating up Corporal Rhys, used it for the next 10 levels with a flesh crunch class mod and it was the most fun 10 levels of Borderlands 2 I’ve ever had.

That's not even possible. Gen 2 pearls can only drop from tubby's at level 72 and higher. But even from a tubby, only has a 1% drop chance and 10% if you're op. 8 or level 80.

Definitely was the avenger that i got from a random bandit right as i started my first UVHM playthrough. It was *so* cool!!

The drop I will always remember was my first E-Tech. It was a Dahl plasma caster out of one of the port-a-potties on the Bloodshot Ramparts. I always check that toilet when I pass by now.

my craziest drop? A barking matching grip STORM out of a random dirt pile thing next to a skag.. OP 6, but what makes it crazier is that the skag next to it also dropped a world drop infinity also with matchinh grip lol

You said, "I should grab that, why not." when you put 1 point into Impact which you did the exact same thing in your Axton reborn playthrough. I was watching it recently because I started Axton and was sad that it wasn't updated for Lilith DLC but then you went ahead and made a new series like a week later. Perfect timing

The borderlands 2 menu is held together by spit and ductape and I love it.

Deliverance out of the dumpster next to the Three Horns Valley Fast Travel. Fitting, considering the weapon. I specifically remember farming Doc Mercy for an infinity on Zer0, I was like level 7 or 8 and got an infinity in the same run.

Absolutely my craziest world drop was a slag Shreddifier with matching grip from a trash pile outside of the Happy Pig motel on my first time playing the game back on my old 360. Being Gaige at the time really made it cracked with the ricochet.

Idk why but the sudden zoom in on the fastball hitting the superbad loader caught me off guard and had me laughing for a while

Hey Joltz! long time viewer here, just saying that i love the ultimate series! QOTD: I was playing Maya doing my second ever run of UVHM and got a random unforgiven in one of the first chests in Southern Shelf. I even recorded it because it was my first ever pearl of the franchise. That pearl drove me to want to get every pearl BL1 and 2.

I think finding this channel was the best world drop i could find ❤

In 2012 I got a Sledge's Shotgun out of a garbage bin at the Happy Pig Motel, and not knowing about how drops work I proceeded to farm that garbage bin for hours to try for more. That drop always sticks with me and I check that bin every playthrough

QOTD: a pearl, 3 legendaries, and a dedicated from bunker in one run. I refuse to elaborate because no one ever believes me and thats ok 😀 forever will be my craziest moment in borderlands 2. Craziest world drop I ever got was a Quazar from a trash pile at the spawn point of Eridium Blight. Craziest thing I’d ever seen and it’s why I love these games so much!

When I started Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep DLC, on the very first pot by the boat I got a world drop flakker as I was playing Salvador. Used it for the whole DLC.

I just recently got my first pile legendary! The little bones next to where King mong spawns near the fast travel. Got a slag badaboom from the boss, and a madhous from the pile that run.

Double pearl drop from Lair of Infinite Agony! They were in separate pots after you get past the crushing platforms! I was shocked that it happened!

Level 2 cradle from one of the first enemies before boom bewm, it was the first and only time I saw that shield being legitimately good, truly a unique experience

After watching you play bl2 I'm getting back into the playing bl2 also after watching your videos I can enjoy my playthroughs a lot more now

QOTD: story time really, I played BL2 and the Pre-Sequel years ago and stopped and found your content and watched for a few years. Right after you got back to BL2 from BL3 I started playing BL2 as well and started using your skips and farms instead of playing naturally. Got a perfect ammo replenishing Logan’s Gun from Bad Maw’s midgets, which made the farm much quicker and I didn’t have to bother with Wilhelm.

My craziest world drop was also my very first ever pearl… a Bearcat fell out of a pot while I was on my way up the tower to the Handsome Sorcerer. This was years ago and I remember it like it was yesterday.

I think my most wild is either a matching grip Avenger from a bruiser while on the way to see Brick, or a perfect lobbed Stormfront from a pot in the Tina dlc

My craziest world drop by far while playing BL2 was actually 3 world drops in 1. I was with my buddy and defeating the warrior…I’m ashamed to say that I saw TWO pearls dropped, a bearcat and a bowie unforgiven and grabbed both without telling him, along with a conference call. A core memory for sure. He still doesn’t know to this day

For me the craziest worod drop was when i first played bl2 and got to UVHM i was 55 with 48 gear and was killing rakks for xp dropped a CC and that carried me through flynt before i found this channel

QOTD : I was fighting the Sorcerer's daughter in UVHM when I killed a random spider and suddenly saw a Razrez Shock Lyuda on the floor. It gave me a huge grin for the rest of the day. I also got a lvl 35 Sham while killing a Psycho with Zero in TVHM's Bloodshot Stronghold

I was on my way fighting badasaurusrex in torgue DLC, when i found a perfect DPUH in the torgue vendor. I turned around and there was a legendary grenade in the regular health vendor as item of the day.

My craziest drop in Borderlands 2 was a scalable butcher from the red chest on the shipwrecked boat in the southern shelf.

I got a level 58 tunguska when running through UVHM story on my salvador last week. It was the first pearl I ever dropped as it was my first time actually getting to UVHM.

QOTD: When i first played Borderlands 2 i got a dpuh from a badass psycho in the firehawk event when you first meet lilith, it was a lvl 9 roll. I played on my dads I-Mac. I still remember it like it was yesterday.

I once got a Fire Bee from a random raging Goliath in Thousand Cuts. Not huge, but at the time it was exciting for me.

I got an Unforgiven from the Bunker, but it was from drops from the barrel of its gun. I was new to the game at the time and didn't realize how crazy rare that was.

I got two Storm Fronts in the same minute I was clearing out mobs. One I saw I thought it was too weak to replace my electric chair. Picked it up anyway for cash. Turned around to see another Storm Fronts that was better in every way compare to both my grenade mods! Don't know what the chances those are but I was a little shocked to see it happen!

I got lucky a few times while leveling up as my first Axton so I have a few crazy drops. While farming turkey boss from the Torgue thanksgiving day DLC, the lockers gave me two cool drops. I got a world drop deadly bloom (purple shield coded as a legendary) and a bee, while the chest at the end gave me a whole set of legendary pistols mixed with E-tech pistols. Then, while farming not-Saturn for leveling up as well. He dropped four legendaries and one pearl, the most drops I’ve ever had from him in general. Also, after taking a small break from BL2 for BL3 and wonderlands (since both were on sale and looked pretty cool from K6) I maxed out my Maya playthrough with not-Saturn farming and got gifted a Gub on my first boss kill of the run. Needless to say, I felt very welcomed by the game lol Also, I’m one of the odd ones who got an E-tech from a pile. I even have steam pics to prove some lol

QOTD: When I first started playing Borderlands 2 the craziest world drop I ever had would be a god-roll DPUH at Warrior and a decent Conference Call on NVHM. Back then it was funny because it was my first time trying a Borderlands game and my friends were "they kept the same idea of enemies dropping legendaries from the previous game" and I was only going through story missions. After Warrior I only found that there are dedicated drops.

QOTD I still remember I just started UVHM on Sal and I was still learning a lot about the game. Went and killed Flynt and got an Unforgiven from the red chest afterwards. Had no clue there were rarities above legendary at the time
