Boost Gauge Install! - Air Vent Mount - DC-3D-Design - Turbosmart - Fiesta ST180

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

This boost gauge is provided by www.DC-3d-Design.co.uk
Extremely easy to fit once the vent itself is out! The vent is a difficult one, do your best to get it out as i did in the video, if not you can always remove and try not to break the surround, then the vent itself is easy to remove as it starts to fall out.

OK', so I had a fun packed Saturday today fitting my boost gauge. I really wasn't looking forward to removing the vent pod as I've seen what a pain in the ass it is to get out . Can I just say mate that you've done it again. Your advice to remove the chrome ring first by gently prising it out worked an absolute dream. I even managed to remove it without it breaking. The pod is then easy to pry out from the inside and the job becomes a doddle with everything un damaged and ready to return to stock if needed. Thanks again mate for another video which saved me a lot of time and hassle. Your channel is really becoming a point of reference for me. Cheers 👍

Left side of the engine there is a sensor, you have use it in there. Might be called a MAP sensor. You'll see it it's just under the cover left side top

  • @CarRambles
