Celebration means ladoo and Boondi Laddu is a delicious Indian sweet made for special occasions and for festivals and must for celebrations
Boondi Laddu
INGREDIENTS:
Chickpea flour - 500gms
Water - as required
Oil - as required
Sugar - 500 gms
Ghee - 2 tsp
Cardamom powder - 2 tsp
Directions:
Take chickpea flour in a bowl, water mix it well likes bajji batter consistency.
Deep fry the boondhi in hot oil in golden color. Transfer into a plate.
Heat in a pan add sugar, water boiled it and adds saffron color, cardamom powder, boondi mix it and add fried cashew nuts, raisins, rack sugar, ghee mix it well and Cool it.
Apply ghee in your hands, make small dumplings. Laddu is ready.
Homemade sweet recipe Boodi Laddu is ready to serve.

We tried boondi laddu for first time and they came very good. Kids loving it and we are enjoying it. The process mentioned in this video is little different from what other chefs do which is like.. the sugar syrup has to be made at a little thicker consistency which is tricky for first timers. With process you showed, we cannot go wrong easily. Vahreh Vaah. You are awesome sir. Ty.

I ever like the way you taste the cooked items soon after cooking . Especially the sweets . How you know the srup is ready
I think, I can’t find besan flour in uzbekistan. Can i use typical flour?

You said to take double quantity of Sugar to Besan. But in the recipe mentioned in description it says same ratio. What is correct ratio?
