It was the best of times in the 90’s…The elders of the generation had Elvis that they loved and had conversations the same way…Cruising in the Mini Truck slammed with deep dish rims and the Snugtop lid open…Wouldn’t trade those memories for anything…..

Dang this brings back memories. I used to work at A&G customs and that was Al's Vette with the gold plated amps. There was also a shot of the old Kicker van with 9 18's and 9 Linear power 5002's that we had for a while. We'd cruise up and down Hollywood Blvd on Friday nights advertising for the shop, I got to drive the Kicker van which was so fun. I miss the old days.

This is not good, because this is a danger to emergency workers, and yes the fire department is being disturbed, since the sirens are not able to heard when there are emergencies!.

I fell in love with bass in I first heard it in 1992. I was 14 visiting my dad, awakened in amazement to the sounds of the boom coming from the neighbor’s car early in the morning playing Baby Got Back wondering “what the f*** is that sound?!” and was hooked ever since. And still a bass head today at 45.

I had Four Kenwood 18s, Four 12 inch Cerwin Vegas, Four MTX 10s and Four M&M 8s. Running off a bank of 4 Rockford Fosgate Punch 150's. Not a lot of power, but it did the trick. Lot of fun times back in the day. We weren't trying to hurt anybody, we were just cruising and profiling! LOL I had a buddy with a 1,000 Watt swap meet special that really did have a lot of power and blew quite a few speakers. I loved cruising the Vegas strip every weekend. You saw all kinds of cars and trucks that were rolling artwork! We were in clubs and did a lot of charity events and it was a great time! I liked the punchy bass a lot better than the doomey bass, so I could dial in whichever set I wanted at the time. I also wanted good sound clarity too at a decent volume because at some point you want to hear the rest of the music notes. ;)

I've been a car audio fanatic since I started driving in 1992 and I can tell you why. Because it's fun. Everyone needs a hobby and it's one of mine due to my love of music and the high-quality reproduction of it. Next, all the dorks in this video don't know anything about girls or how to meet 'em. Anyone trying to be "cool" has some things to learn. BTW, I don't blast my stereo at red lights or act like a d-bag because I believe in mutual respect for my fellow human.

In 1990 a Punch 45 $250 for around 200 watts. Today you can buy 2500 watts for the same price. In a way that shows how that great hobby has lost some of its character & creativity. I miss those days. Car audio , sadly has been replaced with ear buds and iPhones by this current generation of young adults.
