What a coincidence...A Thousand Splendid Sun also turned me into old me...I had stopped reading after the birth of my baby, but this book has rekindled the love for reading all over again... though this book has made me cry like crazy, pondering into the incidents over and over but still I love this one

Just wanted to see if 'A thousand splendid suns' was there....I'm happy but I'm crying now...It was BEAUTIFUL!!

This version of Helly was way better than her current version. I really miss her older version. (honest review)

Helly, I can't thank you enough for recommending, "a thousand splendid suns" by Khaled Hosseini. I loved it so much!!!!! I cried a lot and I fell in love with reading, also I've ordered "the nine Chambered heart" I hope I like it❤❤❤

I started reading after I left reading in class 10th, there was a gap of almost 6 years, and i made a 2020 resolution to read more books and I am glad I have read more books even with 9 to 5 job to juggle with. I think we keep procrastinating because of lack of time, but if you love something you will always make time for it, and I consciously decided to make more time for reading

For me I was too much in marks , too much in rat race the I didn't get the essence of reading books out side syllabus out side technical information........after my 10th boards during pandemic Thousands splendid sun took me into my passion of reading

'And the mountains echoed 'was the last book that I read before reading 'The Thousand Splendid Suns' and I loved that too... I am sure you are going to love it

My First novel was like it happened yesterday by ravinder singh... And it was perfect as it was Based on 12th class Teenage boy and I was at the same age too... And I fell in love with reading from then on.. Although I never really read his novels afterwards because yes, I got matured my reading too... But I owe him a lot! 🙃

You know as a kid if you asked me best books I would say just John Grisham. The trouble is most of the movies look like John Grisham novels. So we seek other novels which have less chance of being picked up as movies.

Yes that is true. Comparison ruins the essence of literature. But it is like a default action in my reading process

Well I don't understand that why didn't you mention the book thief by markus zusak. I guess it's a must read. Maybe if you hadn't read it yet, plz give a try. That book can make even the most critical person to fall in love with reading. It's so disappointing that almost non of your book recommendations have this book😐

When i read on Kindle, i see immediately. Else i assume a suitable meaning if its not at an important part. If it is at an important part then I search the meaning
