I, too, have really missed your videos. Great to see and hear you once again. I, sorta, had a feeling that when you had something to say or just tell us or share you would ( dare I say ) magically reappear. I sincerely hope your well and life is treating you as you deserve to be treated. Much love and many blessings,❤.

I'm going to add this to my reading list! It sounds so interesting and it's so important for us to learn and see the world through other people's eyes so we can be better people and great others better! I often find myself a little lost in the world as a disabled pansexual woman but I'm white and English so yeah I need to keep working on me because my learned behaviours xx

The reason why it’s assumed that non whites wouldn’t follow “European traditions” is because paganism has historically been so tied to ones heritage. We have closed practices now, one of the big distinctive factors is race/heritage. Also because the topic of race & anti racism has been so popular over the last few years, many people find it surprising that “non whites” would want to work with European gods. It’s good to hear from different peoples perspective as to their experience & wanting to follow certain gods. European gods are very trendy right now & they’re way more known in society. It’s perfectly fine if a non European wants to follow European gods as it is fine if Europeans follow other gods, I also think that paganism is so connected to history & from my perspective I love following my ancestors as much as possible & so my bias is I would love that for others. This is a very big topic though & I think it’s often one that isn’t talked about openly, besides the two ends that are extreme. At least I haven’t seen it talked about. Also there’s the difference of how ppl see gods. Some don’t see them as tied to a people others do, so that’s a big factor in the conversation as well.

I wish i could find a book about disabled and/or ace pagan. As a disabled/neurodivergent person, i can't write by hand, so i have to use a computer, but on instagram, i see all of thoses beautiful grimoires written by hands and i feel like i don't belong. I have dyspraxia, a neuro-motor condition, so most rituals and craft that require a lot of precisions (like carving a candle) are off the table. I do devotional drawings for my patron god however, but they look like something you expect in a outsider art gallery. A friend of mine is also a witch and have fibromyalgia, so any rituals with fire are off limits for her. As an asexual person, i wish some people would stop talking about "sacred sexuality". I get it, abramic religions made a lot of people ashamed of their sexual desires, especially if you aren't straight/cis, but we don't need to do the opposite either. My patron god (Dionysus) is said to be very sexual. A lot of people who worship him are queer. I read stories of people dreaming of having sex with the god, their libido suddently going very high or do sex/masturbate as an offering. Me ? I am still repulsed by it and my sex drive is still very low. The closest i can do is do kinks (for sensual reasons) and write erotica. I am sex positive for other people, as long you don't pressure me to participate. But Dionysus is also a god of freedom, and one of my freedom is not having sex at all. That's it, i think.

Why not write the book that you're seeking?? I'm vegan and don't use animal products for anything, and a ton of books advocate for it and witches use them. I don't have a specific book to follow that says my beliefs, just like I don't use bodily fluids in workings because of previous medical school teachings. Just like any books/teachings/etc., take what works for you and leave the rest.

@@spasticfurchild : I live in a country where most books about paganism and witchcraft are either wiccan or new age. I was amazed when i went to London and saw these books on queer paganism, the history of racism in the paganism community, etc.... There is none of that here. So unless i made a zine, i don't know if people will be interested.
