The Duane interview is incredible, man he says it all when he talks about what skateboarding means to him.

The dopamine boost you get from flying on a vert ramp or landing something you have been trying for days or weeks; pretty satisfying. Especially when your friends are cheering you on.

It's funny, the only two skateboarders that have given me chills when they talk about their love for skateboarding and what it means to them are Rodney Mullen and Duane Peters. Total polar opposites but deep down share the same love of skateboarding.

O M G, I just finished watching Duane's part and can't stop crying. Holy shit! I've never heard someone put it in words so perfectly the reason we skate. Even though I haven't skated in years and just got a board at almost 50 yrs old. Free. This is what I've been missing all these years. A true feeling of freedom. Everything else melts away when I'm on my board. Ok, this was a way too long off a comment... my bad.

"I should have sponsered you." Man. Duane on bones brigade would have been so sick. He probably would have knocked out half the team and quit but those 3 months would have been great.

He was a fine skater, but I disagree. I don't think he would have meshed at all with the team dynamic. He came from total individualist approach. Not to mention the fact that the featured Brigade guys were not into the drugs, drinking etc. That's pretty much all Duane did.
