Great video! 1. To buy a tap and go ticket on the bus, is there a process to determine destination? Is there only one machine, and would be difficult to get to if train is full? 2. When would I do the online check-in for train? After boarding? Thank you for your very helpful video!

Thank you for your appreciation! To buy a ticket on the bus, you simply tap your card, no other steps are required. There is just one machine, but it wasn't difficult to reach, as people are used to validate their tickets, and then move to make room for others.
