Hi geeta hope you're doing fine as well 😊as for your question, don't refrigerate the cake after you cover it with fondant, because the fridge has condensation and when you will remove the cake with fondant from the fridge, the fondant will start to "sweat" and be sticky too. But you can make the cake today and decorate it as well and serve it tomorrow, just keep it in a dry place without sunlight touching the cake and it will be good until you serve it, because the fondant is made of sugar, the sugar in it will conserve the cake's freshness longer than a cake frosted with buttercream for example😉.

please Tell me that how to dry fondant (like collar or ribbon) after it prepare and before delhivery.

Hi siju777able please activate the english subs on the video for you to see the full explanation that I give trough the video. You should make the collar with two days in advance or even more ,so this has time to dry completely and you must also use CMC/tylose powder and mix it in the fondant so that helps to dry it faster than the usual.😉 Good luck.

Hi geeta shelke well , we don't say fondant quantities in tablespoons but in grams, onces or kilograms🙂 so I recommend you to use 1,300kg to cover and to make the other details in white fondant. For the green ones, just use about 60g, this should be enough for the collar and buttons 😉 . Thank you for being here.💙

Essa parte peço desculpa, não está no vídeo porque a câmara não estava a filmar nessa altura,😌 mas para tirar o alumínio basta levantares um pouco uma parte da gola e retirares com muito cuidado por baixo dela, ou então se estiver bem dura podes mesmo virá-la ao contrário e assim ainda mais fácil será de retirar o alumínio 😊.
