There are many talented like vijay devarkonda, sai pallavi, nani etc.. who are not nepo kids but successful due to their hardworking nature can you ask a rich man son to join in a government school where as outsiders don't have that privilege so they join in government school. What if I say there is a entrance test for the acting career and the paper correction is done in transparent way? The rich will definitely give their kids best private training to get there kids perform well in test is there any issue for anyone for those people to get privilege to have a private instructor? Where as a ordinary son will be attending government schools to sum up is there any restriction for any student to have similar learning opportunities? South Nepo kids though they have extraordinary connections but they are keeping a lot of effort and also talent to survive in the industry and to maintain there career North Nepo kids: they don't need to work hard they are directly given opportunities and if there is an outsider who have more talent they will crush him like sushanth In South there is no bhaichara who controlls the industry like bollywood even if some one tries they will be heavily criticised by the fans and media alike so for any tolywood movie the director confirms if there is a change in hero and heroine and will even the reason in the media why director has changed the actor or actress to make transparent as possible else the fans and media take them as applying their influence in the industry.
Ravi kishan : who is working in Bollywood since more than 30 years ;only got small roles and never got role of main negative role but South industry gave him chance and got 1st chance opposite to Allu Arjun and and its going on

His son, Sandip Ray has been able to make place for himself in Tollywood. Unfortunately, Bollywood nepotism has led to mafia raj. Nepotism should have its advantage of bringing into the flow of the profession home advantage of family grooming. If the nepo kid is devoid of talent, natural selection (viewers) would root out those who do not deserve. But criminal exploitation in their settling is not acceptable. And the effect showed up in a glaring manner. Very regrettable indeed that we have lost our excitement in the majority of Bollywood productions. Social media has had a major role too in awareness of right/false propaganda.

But you know, still I think that directors like karan Johar and yash raj also have exploited even srk as a romantic actor only. I mean he can do justice to any role,but still ppl remember him as the romance king. Please don't get me wrong,I am not saying that he don't deserve that, but I personally think that our bollywood has no experience of film making 🤔 😕, they are exploiting talented actors also in such roles,that they can't show their real talent

I just pray for the day when the hindi film makers will really know the demand of audience and be able to compete with hollywood. Actually I really think that actors like srk,Akshay, hritik, aamir,deepika,priyanka, Vickie kaushal etc should get more and more chances in hollywood because they value true talent.
