Nayak needed to be mentioned here more than Mudhalvan, as Mudhalvan was a blockbuster and Nayak was a box office disaster. The only flop movie directed by Shankar in his 30 year film career. At that time, Nayak was way ahead of it's time for the North Indian audience. Now the movie has got a cult status.

2012 me mai kejriwal ko bahut acha manta tha par meri ankhe tabhi khul gayi thi... Jab usne ye bol kar k hum rajneeti me kabhi nhi aayenge.. Or 2014 ka election lad liya.... Ohh man.. Kuch log aaj b wahi bin baja rahe hai...
