Does anyone know what kind of bass Deidda is using?

It's a semi-acoustic fretless I'd be curious to know the brand though

@@rekindled3624 The name of the instrument is "Marcustico" from luthier Joaquin Marco. It costs round 2500 euro. It has a piezo , but Dario said to me that he puts another acoustic microphone inside the bass. If you need informations from the luthier write to www.marcoguitarsbass.com. If you want to know something about Dario's upgrade write him on Facebook. He is the most kind genius in the music world. I tried and...he answered in ten minutes...the greatest...no doubt!!! have a nice time. greetings from Italy

We just need these new kids on the block to start innovating and keep the art developing, jazz is stuck, it has become insular, regurgitating the same high improvisary skill and technical wizardry with no compositional innovation. One only has to look back at jazz lineage of pioneers to realize we've hit a wall. Developments are a plenty in other forms of music especially electronic music.
