Here is a variety of ways I feather stick with the mini tracker.
I had the anvil section ground to 90 degrees to give me sharp edges for my fire steel and de-barking and any other scrapping I need done when cutting am out in the woods.

Looks good mate ordered a jungle parang from origin last week so looking forward to getting that one and after chatting to him about the trackers it’s got me really interested in that type of blade

Great blades the origin knives jungle parangs. The Trackers he doe’s is the way ahead if you put the practice and time in with them

I would recommend a ceramic rod and a handy sharp sharpener. Don’t forget a a good quality strop

It’s amalgamating self adhesive tape I use m8.

Be careful with this knife! The tang is hollow and creates week points especially when battoning and chopping. Heat treatment seems week too. Go with the tops mini tracker or better yet the bark river knives “trakker” which is easily my favorite (but will cost you $500). Puppy is awesome btw.
