I love this fire pit, it’s so nice to come out here and relax around it. Plus it’s so easy to start the fire with a push of a button compared with using wood. (The wood campfires are still fun though ☺️🔥)

Loved this Tammy. That egg chair looks so cozy. I dream to have a space like this someday! We have a lot of outdoor work to do before even looking at patio furniture but all these patio videos have me so impatient 🥺 love the fire pit too!

I know it’s so hard starting a yard from practically scratch, but you’ll get there! We put so much hard work into the yard at our last house, so I’m grateful to have moved into a fully finished and mature yard. 🌳

Great job. The only thing I would improve is to buy two big platers for your big plants... They would look much better then. But I know- one can not do /buy everything at once!!! Love Yurika

Yes, I totally agree. The one large plant by my swing was always falling over when the wind blew, I need to anchor it down with a big planter.

The sun was starting to slowly go down a bit when I was finishing filming, and I was hoping it would make the lights stand out a bit. We have long days here in the summer, I love it and it kind of makes up for long winter nights, but the sun doesn’t set until after 10pm and rises around 4am. But I will try and come out here late one night and get some footage to show in an future video ✨

It turned out beautiful! Love it all!

Beautiful….cozy! Who wouldn’t want to retreat to this space. (My only suggestion is to add some mid size ceramic pots to Place the floor plants in. Not only will the give your patio a completed look but will also anchor your plants on a windy day.) Enjoy!!!!

It would look cool if you could find one that hangs from the ceiling for your bedroom. It might look quick and easy on the video, but I put way too much mental energy into thinking about how I want to decorate and renovate my house, lol. But it’s nice to see it all come together 💕

@@debbiejansen555 - Man, she loved toasting marshmallows. She wanted to make s’mores, but we didn’t have the ingredients so she just put a marshmallow between two soda crackers, I think she had about 3 of those that night 😂

Most of it is weather-proof and made to stay outside. But I bring in the blankets and pillows (other than the boho black one which is an outdoor pillow),the black side tables, and the small plant and tray. If it rains, I just prop the couch cushions on their sides and the water drains right out. The sun dries everything off pretty well when it comes out again ☀️

The deck is like that to prevent it from getting slippery during rain and winter, the plates are smooth on the other side you can just turn them, it wont cost a thing.

The railings are metal, and the deck flooring is like roofing material. The floor is grooved so it’s uncomfortable to walk on, but the outdoor rugs fix that problem.

I actually agree. I was in a bit of a neutral phase when I did this makeover, and I think the grey tones will work well as a base so it’ll be easy to add in some fun colors with blankets and pillows. I still love the neutral palette, but I also like a little pop of color here and there.

They’re from Canadian Tire. I got them on clearance, so I don’t think they carry these specific ones anymore, sorry.

Very relaxing & suited for some tastes....but very lacking in Boho style. More like Conservative-Colorless- Martha-Stewart style. I love the fire pit & big chair. Needs more pops of color, hanging lanterns & plants plus more ethnic rugs, blankets, decor, etc. in order to be true Boho.

I tend to gravitate to a more minimalistic style so this was a blending of that with boho elements. I find too much color and decor to be stressful and I wanted a space that is calming. The beautiful thing about our world is that we all like different things and styles and we can all get inspired by others creativity.

@@TammyFernsYT Yes, I agree. Be true to ourselves. I agree, plenty of people need low-color spaces in order to relax, and this is a charming balcony makeover in more monochromatic subdued tones.

What's the point of watching homeowners clean their property for 10 minutes? Nothing new to learn here. Can we cut to the decorating next time? I'd rather see a shorter video with some content.
