Absolutely beautiful. Not 747-8 beautiful but still stunning. Those wings are massive! I wasn’t expecting a near vertical takeoff from a 777X but she pulled it off with grace!

And with this marks the new era of The Princess of the Skies and the dominance of Boeing over Airbus.

Yeah 100% with you here mate. There's just something about them and the sound in particular. Glad I got to fly on a 747-300 and 400 when I had the chance. The a380 isn't the most beautiful plane ever made but my God the power and sound of those 4 GE engines are incredible.

I did not have good experience with A380 few times I flew with Emarat. Over crowded, bathroom flooded, most of the bathrooms sealed with read tape, smill from bathrooms drove me crazy. Terrible 🤯🤯🤯 the crew has a terrible and uncomfortable cells down stairs. I have it all in tape. 💀💔🤯😪

@@hamedabawi3287 well bad experiences can happen anywhere. My most comfortable flight was with the A380 😂 the most uncomfortable with the 777 for pretty much the same reasons you listed lol

@@jaredbadenhorst1646 , The A380 actually used Engine Alliance GP7200 engines, from a joint venture of GE and Pratt & Whitney. It combines elements of the GE90 engine core with a P&W fan and low-pressure system design. Other A380 operators used Rolls-Royce Trent 900 engines.

Perfect substitute for the current 777-300

How on earth can that giant plane do a near verticle climb at low altitude without stalling. Mercy what a time to be alive.

Boeing-777 is the most beautiful thing ever invented by human race. There is no other aircraft is as beautiful as a Boeing-777 for sure. Love you Boeing..!!❤❤❤

It is amazing how these big jet aircraft can perform. I saw a video of a 707 test flight and the pilot performed a barrel roll in mid flight. The pilots name was Tex something. Simply amazing how these big planes hold together with such weight and stress put on the airframe.

This and A350-1000 are two magnificent airplanes.

Good pilot with a natural feel for the maneuvers done. This wasn't "by-the-numbers" flying.

You can't film something from behind and say it's "near vertical"... It's very hard to tell what angle it took off from that perspective

I was able to look it up and learned that it was this (or similar model) flying with a photographer jet! we saw it a few more days in a row. It's stunning! it sticks out! In the past 5 years I've been lucky to fly on both the Boeing 747-8 and the Airbus A380. Hopefully they won't completely disappear from our skies. There's something extra special flying in those behemoths! I live in a suburb of Chicago about 10 miles from ORD and I get to see multiple 747's fly overhead every day almost.
