Nice marshaling perfect stop, however not as per Annex 2 rules of air. Why did ground staff enter the ERA when the anti collision light are on. Always nice to indicate captain chocks inserted.

This is absolutely allowed. There is a line that can't be crossed when the anti-collision is on, but the nose gear chocks can be put on when the the anti is still on. However the marshaller should have asked the pilots to "HOLD BRAKES" until the chocks are on.
