Thank you captain, for this video. Really instructional, since real landing videos might not explain everything, but you did. Best detailed explanation I've seen so far.

No worries, I will do some more 737 ones, I'm waiting to see if the PMDG one comes out soon for MSFS as it should hopefully be a decent product! I've got an RNAV approach one that you might find useful though in the meantime: kzread.info/dash/bejne/iYCpwY98k5XaY5c.html

Very nice, a very real profi procedure. I enjoyed it very much! I'm online flying with ATC most of the time and there are some details like watching the standby gauge LOC and G/S before indicated on the PFD.

This is a current procedure used at Bristol airport (EGGD). Yes, watching the glide slope on the standby gauge is really helpful to avoid getting too high and having too much energy on the approach! I’m glad you found the video useful. More 737 stuff will be coming soon!
Terrific tutorial, well done sir. Thanks for your time and effort in producing this. Cleared up many questions I have had regarding the ILS in Zibo.

So anyone with flight sim now becomes a ‘real 737 airline pilot’. Unbelievable!
Could you make a video on how to initiate a missed approach procedure? Thanks.

How do i know on what altitude i should be for the ILS?
@Taylair

The Intercept altitudes are on the approach plate. After you have intercepted, keep the glideslope dot in the middle. Check out these ILS videos: kzread.info/dash/bejne/aImjrdlrmqu7m8o.html, kzread.info/dash/bejne/mpmqzq6mk7m3dKQ.html they might help

@@Taylair sir; may i ask you two questions - you said " flaps down / maneuvering speed" and dial it in. where to you get this speed from? second; some people turn the altitute all the way down to zero when decending - are you doing this in real world also or is this simply wrong? thank you and greetings from LOWG.

The flap maneuver speed shows up on the speed tape on the PFD when the flaps are selected. I don’t think I’ve ever had to set 0 on the MCP in real world operations so no, that’s not normal.
