    I love the Mike Tyson push-up where you put your toes to the floor and you have full range of motion with your shoulders really help me out with my shoulder pain

    This is excellent informarion… As I get older my muscle-mass & flexibility has decreased… It’s a struggle the mantain both… Where online do you offer programs that are ‘combat’ based?
