Been doing this twice a week for a few weeks. Finally made it to the third round before dropping to my knees. I was pretty happy with that. Getting a bit better every time. For me: starts after 1:19

I was too tired today for dumbells again... so went no equipment. That was probably harder lol...ouch 😅 A just pushup workout would be amazing! That felt fantastic. Just need longer rest lol...but a pushup workout would be amazing! 20-30 min...30 sec on 30 sec off or 40 sec on 30 off.
alex, i luv this workout! u always remove the shoes which is great for stability and provided good workout. u explained well as usual, ur handsome and presented exercise well. cheerleading for u.❤️kim

That’s a good workout Alex! I’m a 51 yo guy and I can just about keep up with you but hit failure by round 3...any ideas on how to work on biceps without equipment?

Well done! Yeh you can work biceps without a towel at home, lookout for my Home back and bicep workouts 😄💪
Third set the hardest as on some exercises my arms refused to push me up. 🤣 ❤ Pickles

It depends on you and your current level of fitness and strength. But defo at least 1-2 days
Hey Alex! I can't do those exercices with as many reps right now, would you recommend going for less reps or for an equal number of easier ones (dropping a knee for Spider-Man push-ups for example) ? Thanks in advance, have a great day!

Either option is a great way to progress! I personally think regressing the exercise and keeping the reps up would be best.

Maybe you were looking up? Or too far down? Think about your neck as an extension of your spine to keep it nice and straight.
