    if anyone's wondering why he does some exercises with partial rom.. its to train deep tendons and muscles to proper strength. you load up high and do partial rom to make the muscles habituated with those weights. its low rep, contraction focused exercise, usually done as supersets. example: partial rom in chinups will contract more of your scapula and rhomboids instead of the whole lat. Do those sets to increase stability and strength, not as a whole routine. 👍🏻

    @RARAYAYA RAA Nah you can definitely fuck up your shoulder with too much internal rotation on pushups. Pushups being a closed-chain exercise doesn't negate the risk of impingement of the rotator cuff.

    @@AmazingZelgius Impingement LMFAO This guy has, as most weightlifters, outstanding shoulder mobility, stability and strenght. If he can do heavy as fuck BTN presses and pull ups for years, you can be pretty damn sure he's not gonna get impingement from push ups.

    @@leonbremer4216 and pull ups, press ups, military press (so far). But there is not much that has more range of motion than the olympic lifts, so they know what they are doing and it certainly works!

    @@LoseControlForDeath he does plenty of variations of pull ups and all these ones are corrects, no need to touch the bar with your chest to be a strict pull ups, it's dumb to think that way in my opinion.

    Very speaific Training you will need a very good coach and of course the diet,the technique,genetics which include not just your ability to put on muscle but the lengths of your bodyparts how strong your joints and tendons are etc this none of us could be as strong as him at his bodyweight even if we did everything right because of genetics

    More muscle tension, when elbows lock you lose that tension and the muscle relaxes the longer under tension the stronger the muscle becomes

    My guess would be that they're trying to hit the triceps hard and less chest and shoulders because strong triceps are important for locking out the jerk.

    Some people are born with better genetics in their joints and tendons. Me for instance all of mine are injured. Just depends on persons genetics .I do injury prevention exercises all the time and wear compression sleeves in every joint in my body and do mobility excercises and Ive got 9 tendon and joint injuries . But I still do physical therapy on my own and I'm trying to learn rings I bought a ring program from fitness FAQS he is a physical therapist id check bro out. And I'm autistic but I don't let nothing stop me not to mention overweight 50 lbs but I'm not giving up I just gotta go my own pace

    @@loganjackson8667 yeah these lifters are selectively picked, they have the perfect limb proportions and torso length. Ex. Long femurs might make it harder on your knees as you have to hinge more on the back squat. These guys have short femurs. Which is why they can effortlessly go up and down straight.

    Can somebody explain why his bench-press form looks wrong? Usually people say not to flail the elbows out perpendicular to the body since it causes shoulder injury. What's the benefit?

    For not stress the pectoral that is involved in a front overhead that they train a lot for olimpic lifting and for focus on the back muscles only. The overhead behind the neck is for let the back muscles push, for let the abdominal work well and for a better development of triceps muscles.

    he does do the benchpress but it is inferior to weighted push ups and dips and if you watch you'll see he does regular pull ups as well as behind the neck.

    Hey you Lee Lee... at 2 min 10 sec --this is exatly the maximum weight you can lift ...and l dont believe you even could do with this weight ... 170 kg you couldnt even lift off the floor ...and l would like to see you how you drop 170 kg on your self from in front an you go all the way down with this weight ...l used to do with more when l was 16 years old ,and l was stornger than any adults ,but l have never even was that stupid to drop 170 kg on my self ... LEE you couldnt even lift a simple girl off the floor form a village in Korea ...and l don teven talk about the girls from europe or elswhere...
