Bio identical hormone treatment wouldn't be detected and as long as his hormone levels are consistent (which they would be or else he would change shape) he can be juicing undetected easily

I am from cuba and I personally seen Romero a lot because he is from my neighbourhood and he is a year younger than me….anyway back in the day everyone in my hood had that kind of physique even at 13-15 years and everyone was good at wrestling,boxing and fighting.
