Very well said, by both the Mayor and Chief, Pueblo and Colorado as a state need a serious restructuring of their legal practices involving crimes and the "catch and release" crimes and charges. People are quick to complain about how they don't care for how officers conduct themselves, response times, and there simply not being enough Officers within the Department. To those folks I say, become a Police Officer and make the changes you want to see in the department and change the community to what you want it to be. On a personal note, Mr. Valdez went from being an American to becoming a Swiss for his dumb actions.
