The family of Kyaddondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi have asked the government to explain the whereabouts of their relative. Kyagulanyi was arrested on Monday night in Arua following the shooting, which claimed the life of his driver Yasin Kawuma.
The family say they are unconvinced by police statements that Kyagulanyi is safe in their hands since he has not been seen since his arrest.
His Lawyers are reportedly filing a habeas corpus petition, to ensure that he is produced in court.
