Yes, there has been a silent war in Uganda ever since m7 made a coup in 2016 against the peoples' mandate. But it is now progressing. Another point, from day one of dictatorship inception, and promising a a charaded"fundamental change", he had thought that only people with guns and from the jungle like him, could battle him! Little did he envision it that technology changes, so the options get more, more to opt from! Now, the economically marginalized youths have been aroused by Bobi against the tyrant!
