$2000 US extra for what should be standard feature. I just purchased T66 2023 model in Australia and designed a much cheaper alternative and with a much better finnish (IMHO) on my track loader for about $200AUD and 2 hours max labour you may need to change every 2 to 3 years depending what work you do like Foresty or some much more demanding work with pointy things and that! but wayyyyyyyy cheaper and way cooler. I am surprised nobody has uploaded this method for the Bobcat community. I have tested now for hours and hours on medium to soft jobs and it works great. I tried to join the bobcat owners of America to share my Ideas but nobody responded, I tried a few times but still no response so I will wait and see if somebody else figures it out and see their results. $2000US for what should be a standard saftey feature, come on Bobcat guys! Your machines are great but they could be so much better. Also no steel or metal involved only in rubber seal to grip.

Thanks for the video. I also have a t66 love the machine, however I agree Bobcat should make this a warranty issue and make it right with current owners or they are likely to become the Bud Light of compact equipment.

Hope its working out well for you. I have been having the same issues with my T66 and its annoying as hell. You wonder what the engineers were thinking with those design flaws. Having the hydro sight glass right next to the track and the huge gaps where hoses come thru the side into the drives. Im definitely going to give my rep a call and check into this

The kit helps, but you still get dirt pasted the rubbers around the hoses. We did way with the rubber and installed beta clamps, huge improvement. The best design would be a bulkhead in and out of the frame with no opening. Dirt is the killer on these machines.

How was this not part of the original design?

Hi Sean, Any update as to how the new seal kit is working? I just bought a T66 and some of the things you mentioned are already done but some still are open. Just wondering if you are happy with the performance of the kit.

Mine is a 2023 and didn’t come with this kit, had to add it after, 1200 for the kit + labor . Love the machine though

I also made a video a while back on my channel complaining about the exact same things wrong with my machine. My video gathered a decent amount of views. I agree that these fixes need to be under warranty. I seem to be cleaning mine after each use to combat any future issues. Pretty annoying honestly.

I’d have to say T62 and T66 or I should say all new M frame models have that issue. I never understood why bobcat won’t resolve that. All those openings cause further issues including having the air filter draw in excessive amount of dirt because of all the opening in the frame structure. Bobcat actually came out with a fan that redirect air flow just for the air filter. Having that frame sealed up can prevent many issues I have encountered anything from water getting into control module plugs to wet dirt deteriorating fuses. These machines should be properly sealed up from factory.

Just don’t power wash it - ever! The stickers will blow clean off. Pissed me off on my 2022 T66

Did bobcat do that all for you free of charge? I have a T66 as well and would like this addressed on my machine.

That should be part of the machine when it’s bought and not an option to install at the dealership. When customers buy these machine certain options should just come with the Machine instead of buying it.

I just bought the T66 and they charged me $2000.00 for this. They said it was an upgrade, which is BS.......

this is a joke of a kit , pita to install , the track rip the lower cabin seal , stupid design from the start on the T66...

It is just a patch, Chinese junk.
