man if these things would comfortably cruise 65mph id have 2 of them. Always wanted one, but the 45-55 mph max kills it for me.

There is a way to change them over, You have to change the diff. gears to hwy gears. You will never find a Military truck that does 65. They are all geared for power, not speed.

You can disengage the front axle and change the rear differential to run it at 60 mph on the freeway all day long (but not with those tires...)

the springs are 1 ton in the rear, no more 21/2 ton rating

we sold it, mpg is about 11mpg, I put liability on it with state farm
