Bob Ross ia legendary painter 🎨 🙌 😍 👏
Bob was a wonderful teacher/motivater! He makes you confident that you can do exactly what he has done. He was a great man. The world needs more souls like him now. Lets start painting. It certainly is a way of relaxing and bringing out the hidden beauty in our souls.
I enjoyed this one. Bless you too, Bob.
It looks like an old photo from like the 40s with those colors I love it!

Same here... when he said that, I stopped smiling...
I was fifteen when this episode aired and I've been enamored by it ever since. Bob using only shades of brown makes this piece so special since his other works overwhelmingly feature many distinct colors. Halfway through this episode, I remember thinking, "A waterfall in this would be great." Sure enough, Bob puts one in. RIP Mr. Ross 🌳🌳🌤
Bobby!!
This episode starts with Bob just finishing off a picture of a bird's eye view of his hair.
It's amazing what he could do with just a few colors. I paint in his style. I'll never be as good as Bob Ross.

Wow, this is easily my favourite painting of Bob's that I've seen so far. Being totally honest, everything else just seems to be the same as each other... but the colours in this one are really unique from his other works!

I think there's a greyscale he did at one point because someone who was colorblind was worried that they could never be a painter. Really nice one, I wonder if I can find it again...

Bob Ross was more than just a legendary painter, he's also a legendary artist that holds a pallet of paint against himself and somehow never got a the tiniest bit of paint on his shirt 😂

My step dad said that after church his grandma forced him and his brothers to watch Mr Rodgers and Bob Ross on pbs lol. I wouldn't have minded
Seeing the beginning of this, with the oval, but black AND with a rough texture, I knew I was going into a sort of crazy day of painting. And BOY was I right! This whole painting looks like an old timey kind of style, back when you were in between black and white and color TV, so you had a brownish style. The waterfall was lovely and stood out, the over hanging trees to the left and right were lovely, and the slight bend to the river as well. Again, Bob always loved darker paintings, he told us that. So I am sure that he enjoyed making this, and I am sure that in his mind he made it really well. A lovely job, Bob, thank you for your work :) And thank you all for reading my *_Happy Little Review~_* Share your thoughts below please, it means a lot ^^

For me, the oval shape perfectly fit the sepia/polyp style with it. The waterfall really stood out, I think Bob wanted it to be the main thing in the landscape. I liked the idea of how he painted the bushes and the trees on the sides as a "frame" for the painting. A great review from you as always. Thank you for reading! *Lux~*

This was the first painting I ever did. It was the first one hour Bob Ross instructor taught us. She only taught us three and this one was by far the best.
Bob Ross is #1 on earth!
my favorite painting, by him, so far.
2019 and still watching he's episodes..
What a gift this genius was to humanity and the amazing lives of us artists GOD ALMIGHTY shows us his love and care for us in the form of folks like Bob Ross … With just a few brushes , colors , a soft guiding voice , and imagination we are given absolute beautiful simplicity in its most complex existence that I like to call Bob Ross … thanks … GOD BLESS !!!
Sooo good paintings
Is there a support group or shelter for his battered brushes? He keeps beating the devil out of them, or taking his hostility and aggression out on them. It's a major concern. Those poor brushes.

The bunny rabbits and squirrels 'just have a good time'... Is that Bob's way to say the were making baby rabbits and squirrels? Bob is so gentle in his ways.
Oh wow! Back in September, a bob Ross instructor came to my little town at the hobby lobby and this was the first painting she taught us! It turned out awesome! The other 2 she taught, not so much. But this one is hanging proudly in my living room! Where's the best place to buy contact paper now a days??

Why does bad things happen to good people?
Where is this painting exactly? Does anyone know exactly which museum/gallery has it?
@Slylok226
2 жыл бұрын
It may not be in one to be honest. Most of Bob's paintings done on the show were donated to PBS and then auctioned off to support the station. I think every museum and gallery needs a Bob Ross section though.
Not an oval painting again. I like it when the painting covers the entire canvas, but I did like the colors in this. Almost monochrome.
