I love to have two you tube sessions of the same painting going at the same time. One has the end result of the painting paused, right after Bob signs it. The other plays from beginning to end. This way I can see what he's going to do before he does it. I've learned a lot of things this way.

"if you were a stone, you wouldn't get to enjoy anything." That really puts life into perspective!
This man knew what he was doing by saying "welcome back, my friend...". He knew his work would live on long after he left this world, and every time we finish an episode on KZread and look for the next we will be greeted with "Welcome back, my friend". God Bless this man.

Everyone knows that an evergreen tree has 500 branches, we need those branches so our happy little birds have a place to put their foots 😁
Breaks my heart to watch these episodes. Our Bob continues to get skinner and skinner. Cancer definitely took a beautiful human from us. I hope he is a painter in his next life as well. Man is way to talented. Each life cycle needs a Bob Ross 💜🌲
I used to watch him religiously when I was younger....I'm 31 now...and every now and then I always find myself saying... "Just beat the devil out of it..." Guy was the best, such a shame he's no longer with us.

“We all need a lil dark in Our lives, couse Then you’ll know when the Good things happen” Bob Ross Not Only a painter, But also a poet.
The pictures come out so quickly with this technique an artist could go through a dozen canvases in a single afternoon.
Just a reminder that his rogue business partners Walt and Annette Kowalski own his entire legacy and the Ross family doesn't see a *DIME* from any merchandise.

Thank you Bob, for all the life lessons you give me and everyone else. You were truly a special man
I remember being a little kid sitting in front of the console television set back in the 80's watching Bob paint. Funny how after almost 40 years, I still have the same interest, and relaxing feeling while watching a landscape come to life in front of my eyes. I truly believe that is the magic of Bob's work, watching it come to life in front of your eyes.
Watching and mostly just listening to Bob do his paintings is therapy for me. All I know is when I listen to him paint, im at peace with the world and myself. Thank you Bob Ross for having such a soft passion like you do....👨🏽🎨🎨✌🏾💯

I was always told those were “lightning rods”. They had a heavy, usually twisted, bar that attached them to the ground. They were supposed to direct a lightning strike around the building and hopefully prevent it from catching fire. When all the lumber was made by hand, every board and beam was precious.

You know it's going to be a great episode when he beats the devil out of it 2 minutes into the video.
Thank God for people/ videos like this. Glad it’s still around in such a chaotic world these days. I remember about 3 years ago I found these on KZread and fell asleep to them sometimes at night when I was taking care of my Nanny at her house ❤️
There was this one night I was having such a hard time falling asleep. I kept over thinking and having mini panic attacks, so I was like "whose voice is calming that I can listen to? Who would help me?" And I remembered reading somewhere that bobs voice was so soothing and calming so I went on KZread and listened to him talk. I fell asleep in an instant and slept good
