Purchased this bag after seeing your initial video. I bought it in white and I love it. The leather is supple and smooth and I’m not as worried about security since it’s tucked right under my arms when I’m wearing it. I don’t use the bows but it’s not an issue for me. Great bag for such an affordable price!

I have been searching for a unique and stylish tote that is still practical, and while I absolutely love the look of this bag, the openness of it worries me. Even if I wasn't pickpocketed, I wonder if my belongings would constantly be spilling out if it wasn't perfectly balanced when I set it down. Still, it's gorgeous!

Hi Hannah! I have been seeing people using dust bags in their Loewe basket bags for extra security and to also prevent things from falling out. Maybe you can do that with this bag as well if you don’t want to use the pouch. Anyway, thank you for the review ❤

Yes! I’ve done that with a bucket bag I own! Great idea.

If the dustbag has pull string you can hang it on a clothes hanger and it will keep its shape.

Very nice bag for the price. But this is actually a Bottega Veneta design. Its currently on their website in small and medium. But a lot more expensive 😅

No, not the Solstice bag. It is just marked as the "Tote bag" on the Bottega Veneta Canadian and Italian website. Their is a camel and a lime colour suede.

At first, I didn't like the bag because I'm not a fan of woven bags. However, after watching the video, I realized that the features, space, and pouch are good. It does seem like the tie needs to be reconfigured. Thanks for sharing. I'm still not convinced, though.

Hi, I’m unable to weigh it because the bag is bigger than my scale! 🙈 I tried and it doesn’t stay put long enough for the weight to register. I’d say the bag feels medium weight. Not too heavy but also not feather light. It will get heavy if you fill the bag to the brim.

Love that bag - except for the ties, I just don’t think I could get used to those. I am a big fan of Bottega Veneta’s intrecciaco leather bags. I have a couple that I have had for years and there is no real discernible wear. I don’t know how they do it, because the bags are so soft and seem delicate but they are surprisingly sturdy.

That pouch makes this bag! Takes it from a dark hole to a usable tote. Leather is gorgeous and the shape is so unique. But it’s not for me-need a better closure and don’t care for the gaps in woven edges. Thanks for sharing.

Definitely not the kind of bag you want to be roaming crowded streets or unknown areas.

Pretty and stylish but kind of screams “pickpocket me”. Hard pass due to that for me.
