Im into working out ,and into bands ,but im watching these videos because of the guys ,,im glad there going well , im probably sure when the camera is off theres some time to disagree and fall out .. But there strenth is probably being good friends and business partners to overcome all there trials and downfalls..us Australians love the American way...😀😀

Will the lack of eccentric tension reduce the ability get that catabolic--->anabolic response?

I bought some of your equipment recently. Installing and using the hanging one was no problem and the instructions were good. With the single (not loop) band set there were no instructions of how to connect the handles to the bands and the bands to the anchors (not included). There were some empty plastic pouches. I think perhaps someone returned the band equipment with pieces missing along with instructions. Please advise. Of course Amazon does not care. Would it work if I just put a knot in the band at the handle and at an eye hook at the other end?

*I have (moderate) cerebral palsy due to having a trauma-birth at my birth 59 years ago.* *And even I {have to} workout my arms and chest with a Heavy Duty Rubber-Pulley Hose. I* *have to keep my arms and chest "strong" at all times so when I should lose my* *walking-balance while walking with my walker & fall,,, then I am able to get up by myself. My* *wife cannot always be around here at home since she works 40 hrs a week. So, me staying* *strong in my biceps, triceps and chest is a MUST for me. Do I want to be (trapped) on the* *floor from falling somewhere on the floor in our house and my muscles had gotten to WEAK* *to get myself off the floor,,, while wifey's at work all day??? -- Heck NO!!* LoL

Hi I am 13 and I broke my foot August 31 and I had a mid foot sprain.now it’s November and I still have a lot of pain where I broke it and on the side of my foot from my big toe to under my ankle I also had Achilles tendinitis.what do you think could be wrong?

Could please create "follow me" routines without too much talking..like 30-40 min. People don't know how to put these exercises together. Most of the videos abt bands are more like promotion of the products. Please put together a helpful routine they does not involve too much talking. Thanks

I bough this recently on amazon for 35 plus dollars where the un branded ones are at 11 dollars. I could not find any difference was upset that a cross wall picture which was portrayed as a double walled tube is nothing but just a gimmic.
