Some repairs are needed before it can go back out on the water, but these are now all complete and final layer of paint is on.

    You would get much better results doing the thing the right way. Peel the rot out from the inside.Dont cut the factory glass off the outside!!!

    Transoms are baest removed from the inside, giving you a better cloth wrap without messing with the original shape of the hull. You can even add elbows from the inside to strengthen the transom. When you remove from the back part of the transom, you will never get it back right because you cut away the hull. Even the paint gun was not even tuned properly. But anyways, I guess its an old boat and you guys are not professionals at doing this.
