Great idea for the badge you should split the bench in half and move it back then put a engine covering over then it would look closer to a Bayliner inside but you have a great idea

Good job! Are you using marine grade plywood and sitka spuce along with brass screws or copper staples?

You did it! That was the only thing different than mine other than the motor. Hey i seem to be having a fuel pump problem. I think anyway lol. Can you tell me.if you have 12v at the pump when you turn the key to on? Mine only shows 10.5 when i turn it over. Was told should be 12v when switched to on.

I actually have no electric pump on my model. The pump is powered off the cam shaft and that's it 🤠

If its a mercruiser, you should only have voltage while the key is turned to the crank position, it gets voltage from the starter during cranking. After the motor is running, it gets 12v from the purple wire that runs through the oil pressure switch, so once the motor has oil pressure while running, it will supply the fuel pump with 12V. Its not that uncommon to have a little low voltage to the pump while cranking because the starter takes so much power.

@@MadPropsMakes Ok so i unhooked the fuel pump from carb and bumped it over and no fuel came out that was why i thought it was the pump. Also took it off altogether and put 12v to it and it runs but sounds a little noisey. So idk? Def a sparatic fuel problem as its been started twice before and ran.

@@Rampage00769 If your getting voltage to the pump during cranking, and you verified it works on the bench, then you might have a bad antisiphon valve or a clogged fuel line.
