8:55 I like how he can't get the voices and comments to stop, but as he starts creating art (music) those voices start to get drowned out some (9:32 is when they start to really get softer.) They're always there, but it is a way to cope with them.

I don't have anyone in my immediate social circle that likes Bo Burnham, so watching reactions of other people discovering him and becoming his fans is quite cathartic.

I was introduced to Bo's KZread videos by my oldest daughter way back when they were both still in high school. It's been very interesting to watch him develop as an artist and as a person over the years... and it's always fun watching someone else discover him. Thanks.

I was, funny enough, in middle school when I first found him. the shock humor was hilarious to me. his taste/comedy has matured right alongside mine and I'm actually weirdly proud of him even though I've never actually met him. he's ridiculously talented and he deserves everything he gets.

what he was doing is taking the bullshit fakeness,; of people and instead of engaging in any way with those people externally ...in his head he is taking the things that would make most people rage, all the nonsense that finds him and hes building a song from it. Hes trying to show us inside his brain. And how it works.. you really is quite brilliant at doing stuff like that over the years. Hes only 21, 22 yrs old when he did this. He was just a KZreadr in his trying to make his older brothers up in college laugh at 16 years old. unbelievably brilliant. Thanks for reminding me of this one

Back then he still had like Netflix or Comedy Central and was on stage in front of thousands of people so he did technically have someone that would play the track but he did all the pre-production and in his INSIDE special every single thing was him
