This is when they knew how to write beautiful storylines with beautiful people. They knew how to do their hair and makeup and the wardrobe was wonderful. Every episode was a tear jerker and the hour flew by! I would race home from school everyday to a can't miss episode. Now you can miss months and still be able to catch up! The wardrobe is blah, the makeup awful, they make them look so matronly. They need to bring Bo back and bring the magic of Bo and Hope back!! The love scenes were so hot!!!

This is actually very sad for me because this is when Bo and Hope left Salem and the show and the story line was never quite the same again. The age of innocence was truly lost, never to return.

I watched this show for years. Bo and Hope were my favorite. This scene was the best besides their wedding. !! I can’t watch the show these days it’s so bad.

I also stopped watching Days when Bo & Hope left the show. I was glad they got to sail off into the sunset though. I saw them both on the night time dramas they went on to be on and all I can say is that I was not impressed with either of their time on those shows at all. Desperate Housewives for Peter & Falcon's Crest for Kristen. I was so glad they came back about 3 or 4 yrs later even though it was only meant to bring Peter back permanently. Then Kristen coming back on about 1 or 2 yrs later. Their story & chemistry never got old. I didn't like all of their storylines & there were times I had wanted Hope to be done with Bo for good but not before kicking him right in the behind first. Now here it is over 35 years after this episode aired & almost 8 yrs since Bo "died" in Hope's arms they are coming back!!! The excitement & thrill is still there. We all can't wait for them to reunite and bring that once in a lifetime live & passion back to DAYS. Who said seniors can't be sexy & bring the heat??!!! I am subscribing to Peacock so I won't miss out on anything!!!

OH WOW!!! I remember this SOOOO well!!! I had recorded it on VCR and I can't even tell you how many times I watched this Bo & Hope Bon voyage. It brings back great memories of that time when Bo & Hope were just remarkable! Bo and Hope are the reason I ever started watching Days. I love them to this day!!! Even though it's Hope and Rafe now and I'm loving them too, NO couple compares to Bo and Hope!!! Bo & Hope were the greatest couple of daytime TV (or any other time), in my opinion. Thank you for posting this!!! :)

+Gretchen King Not sure the exact date but it was mid April 87. I know it was before Kim and Shane's wedding in May (as I remember hoping they would be back for that:) But I agree, it truly was the age of innocence:) And it was never the same..
