To everyone who is saying it is fake or photo shopped, you're wrong. Before I explain why it looks the way it does in the video, i'd like to point out that it would be close to impossible and a huge waste of time to photoshop something like this. He used a program (I don't recall the specific name at the moment) that allows you to slow your video down to more frames per second than you originally recorded a video in. This is why it looks a little bit warped and sketchy when he slows it down.

***** How so? Just because I know more about video editing than you do i'm retarded? Nice fucking logic, dipshit.
i am soooo glad someone who knows what they are doing finally put a video of a drill you can do to improve your bunny hop...not just how to do them
This is by far the best bunny hop tutorial I have ever seen even tho it's a bit old.
Mate out of all the bh videos on the entire you tube. I have watched your one the most. Well done. London
thanks marcus!!! i saw this like 2 moths ago and now i can hop higher than ur highest set up :)
dude sick video... exactly what I needed. the 20 slo mo repetitions was clutchhhh
My hops get higher and higher everyday. I used this video when first learning and now i'm past 3ft high as well. Best thing i took from this was tuck your legs, i would recommend filming yourself to point out your own issues rather than getting different opinions because everybody really is different.. Thanks marcus
You're sooo smooth your amazing at bunny hops sat for the whole 3 minutes watching your hops in slow mo.. So Sick!
Love the slow motion. Good stuff. Thanks.
It looked like he was jumping over a cat in the thumbnail

+_Pip's Trumpet_ how did u read my mind?
Thanks so much Marcus, this vid helped me heaps. Ive been trying to get the bunny hop right for like 2 weeks and thanks 2 this vid i finally got it right. Thanks man your awesome.
your videos are awesome and you explain it better then on other videos! thanks man this really helped.
Cool vid, I needed a good video to help me improve my bunnyhop and your slowmo nicely shows how you do it!
good video! you explained it really well thanks! the slow motion really helped show the mechanics of it!
wow your hops are so clean and smooth
Thanks, this will help with my practicing. I'm planning on bunny hopping this like uh...1.75 or so foot cactus just to have a little risk in my ride but I can't quite hop that high yet. The cactus also has a little distance to it. It'll be fun.
i did this for the first time and we started at barely making 4in and at the end of the day i got to 14in thanks flaco
Thanks for putting it in slow motion. Helped a lot!
That's was the best explanation I have ever heard. I am 3x's better now. Thank you so much!!!
Great video. Great idea to show it over and over for those of us still trying to gain some height. Thanks
This vid has been helping me out alot
Best tut. Ever for this .. I just learned how to pro hop and I can do 5" I want to get .. 24" soo yeah .. Thanx for the tips .. Awesome how you played it over and over and over .. That actually helped :) thx again
nice, i like getting really high boosts when ride up the curved corners of sidewalks and driveways
Dude, you're awesome. I went out today and cleared 7 1/2 inches. My next goal is 9 inches! Thanks a lot for the tips
This helped me out a lot I have been bmxing for about 6 months now I can almost bunny hop over 2 skateboards (I know thats not much but I am not that good) and I always slightly hit the top of the board with my back tire so I am going to try these tips and see if it helps :D
thats actually rly helpful i thought i could only jump up a curb then i stacked some wood and i got so much higher but first you have to have a technically good hop
i learn to bunnyhop so fast but i dont hop at gaps coz i'm afraid that i get a wrong timing at jumping on it and hit my back wheel on the gap but i think that my bunnyhop would be so useless if i cant hop at gaps so i started practicing it coz its so useful and now im riding bmx for 4 months and still having trouble hopping on gaps but now im learning it this vid is helping me man so thanks and cheers!!! sorry for my english...
the slow motion is great , nice video ... I'm doing like you did and it's working :) Thanks
so many memorys wen i use to ride ( u r getin good )
thanks, this helped me alot!, i went from barely bunny hopping 3 inches to 12 inches in a day!
the slow motion part really helped me thanks 1 question whats on your rims
great hop dude keep it up i learnt the same way
I love you for this video
This is a very good how to. I finally saw what I was doing wrong thanks to the slow motion.
@Jillgyzel what I do is I push on the handles upwards then foreward then suck up the rear using my legs if that's what you meant
awesome slo-mo and awesome tutorial
Thanks for this cool video. It really help me jump higher!
thanx for the tutorial, many things i learned :)
Still hard to get the back wheel high but Thanks man, this helped especially with the slow mo, would have loved to see you stack in slow mo though
@Evora980 It's because he uses a program that adds in frames to make slow motion look better.
hey, if you see this, please respond. first off i love your videos, you are a god at this stuff!!!! hey what kind of camera do you use? and what should i use (besides moviemaker) to make some quality edits...PLEASE RESPOND, oh, and dont ever stop making videos!
This is the best tutorial I have seen. Weight of bike doesnt matter within a range. if your bike is around 25 pounds, no issue. I vert bike thats 35 pounds? yer gonna wanna do a lot of pushups.
you just made me wanna get back into riding!!
i dont have a BMX bike but i have a Pro Concept racing bike. it weighs a lot less than a bmx does bu its a little smaller. do you have any tips for me cause ive done tricks on bmx but not very many on my racing bike thanks! nice video too helped a lot
nice wee video bro,, better than most,,
Nice vid! Love da slomo
I love this vid, it helped a lot
Thankyou for the lower quality. the video loaded right up
That is amazing tutorial! The bike I am planning to buy is 32 lbs. Is this heavy for jumping bikes?
Got to 17" in one day instead of 6" when I started this really works well thanks
@FederalBikesRider twixtor is a plugin in after affects
@FederalBikesRider its a plug-in in after effects
Helped me a lot! Thanks!
Can i ask something, i do allot of bunny hops because i enjoy challenges with jumping etc. Though i can not even get my hop this high. I will try the way u told me but when u jump and u go up the sky, do you push your bars forward so the back end comes of the ground + help from your feet. And when u land, is the best way to land on your rear wheel and make sure that the front wheel doesnt slam into the ground after but pull it a bit so it lands softer. thanks
most helpfull bunny hop video ive seen accualy
DUDE!!!! Look at how much your bars flex when you land.
whats in your tiers it looks cool
@emilhobo142 twixtor, the program that slows vids so much has to create frames if the camera you record with doesnt record more than the frames than you want to slo mo to. so the frames it creates arent always 100% accurate
@johnnyrainbow123 yup
helped alot dude, thanks! subbed
Great video man!
Thanks this really helped ~that car pulling out was dealing distracting me..it had it's lights on as if it was going to back up but never did -.- ~when you going to make a new vid
thanks, sounds like a good training technique. gonna try it out. head to the shop and get me some wood, or somethin
helped.. thanks.. what are those things in your spokes??
I can pull my bars up really good but I can only get around 4 inches high on my back tire what do you think I should do. What should I do to improve my height on my back tire? I want to be able to bunny hop around 30in.
@D4RCinc Simulated frames. Most likely the camera that was shooting this didn't have enough FPS, so in order to slow it down the program threw simulated frames in there to smooth it out
thats sick nice tips. you are safe.
The best video I have ever seen. Thanks a lot!!!)
Great video i can hop like 4-8 in right now
Do you lift the back part of the bike with the pedal?
hmm. it's weird cause i do the arm things your talking bout. its just 2nd nature to me. ive never really tried adding the scooping of my legs. ill give it a shot and get back to you.
Iused to not be able to do a bunny hop but now i can thanks to u!!!!!
Hey man ! Awesome Vid. What Cam are you using for filming ?
@unknownsupast4r1998 what you do is , once you get your front wheel high enough, you puch back on your pedals and puch forward on ur bars at the same time. which will get your back end up.
which is the recommended amount of air in the wheels?
when he does the slow motion, look at the area between him and the bike, it looks like heat waves, its pretty sick
Does it also depend on how light your bike is?
how do you like the top load stem
Bc everyone with a bike/skateboard and a camera is an editing genius. This is talent, if you cant see that, go back to doing what spiteful people do, not try to bring others down.
this help with learning barspins?
@arsenalfalco. When ever i bunnyhop for some reason i pull my bars up really slowly. How do you pull up and tuck so quickly???? plz help! I can bunny hop about #skateboards/knee height, please help!!
The slow motion makes it look so easy
THANKS!! I couldn't get both wheels over 0.5 in. before this video. I watched the slow motion and I finally got it! Immediatley after I jµmped 3.5 in. :O
Quality warping around the bike. What you use twixor?
Does the wight of the bike affect the jump?
what in your tires
what software are u using for the slowmotion
@arsenalfalco how do u bunny hop cuz i can pop the front real high but when i jump up my foot slides of my pedals btw nice teddy bears on your tire
nice slowmotion! did you used twixtor?
I have the whole motion of the bunny hopping down and all but i can't seem to bring the front end of the bike high enough to clear the height i want. is it because im not strong enough to do this? im pretty scrawny but i wouldn't think it makes that much of a differenc.
hey i can hop but not very high i was woundering when u pull up do you put all your wieght back like a manual and then scoop?
thanks bro it has really helped
do you think it affects your bunny hop that much to have a loose chain? I keep my chain kind of loose for crankflips because they're fun lol
i learned quite a bit more on how to hop higher :D
what did you do about that? cause i got the same probs when i bunny hop high af.. i usually land on both tires about as evenly together as i can, but all the weight is on my alienation back tire and when i slam down, it makes this almost popping noise.. it scared the shit outa me when it happened because i just got this bike and i thought i already messed it up! haha but its all good.. what did you do to correct that prob? im tryina work on my teq before i work on my height
all my friends have this problem what i tell them is. is the higher you get your front tire the higher youll get, and when your about to hop you pull up and kinda like push forward at the same time
@MrThatkorean you are probably leaning to far over the bars you want to make sure you are over your seat or close to around there when you pull up
How do you pull your bars up so quickly? I can bunny hop 3 skateboards/knee height. Plz help!
Did you use twixtor for the slow motion?
helped me alot. thanks bro!
