@anubis yesss you got it man, save yourself the money, just set aside enough time, make sure everything nice and clean. Carfully torque the bolts properly as they are aluminum. Easy money

If you wanted to drain it first and pull the filter it would not be a bad idea

@@dirtykurty92 ok I recently did a oil change less than 20 miles ago lol guess ima clean out some guck. I run mobile one. Euro 5w40 New to e92 coming from e46 still have both god be with me I thought my oil pan was shot on e92 so found ofhg gasket leaking would never know how clean the front is thanks for the advice mate 💪🏻

Where did you purchase the new oil filter housing gasket?

I did this and the gasket rolled didn't snap though should I buy a new one again or adjust it correctly

Hard to say. If the gasket is visually damaged, I would buy another one. With the gasket being as cheap as it is why risk it if you are concerned

@@riquegomez4042 I would just use brake clean, just be careful where you spray it, stay away from painted and plastic parts.

The n51 and n52 use the same seal?

I believe so, just type your vehicle info into fcpeuro, and you should be able to find the gasket you need
