I would have that over the old 1250 ! I can absolutely see the point . Ps I ride a gs1300 ! You're contradicting yourself ! Wonder why you have had over 3000 views and only 39 likes 🤔

yea I see what you mean. in hindsight it was not a good idea to compare it to my 1250 as its ov not competing with that but as soon as I sat on it it felt like my bike. Personality I did prefer the other gs900 I rode

I’ve got three GS’s a 1200 air cooled that was my first one anniversary edition that I couldn’t sell liked it too much. I had the 1200LC then the 1250 but last four years also have a 750GS in fact bought a new one in 22. Anyway enjoy them all they are different, I got the 750 because I wasn’t so keen on the 21 inch wheel. I’d agree the brakes aren’t just as good but after my first service when the replacement the fluid they are so much better. As to speed on paper anyway the 750 0-60 time is only about 0.6 behind the 1250 and they reckon the 900 is only about 0.2 behind. Riding on the road I don’t really find wanting for more on the 750 when you dial in speed cameras traffic and potholes, I have done big tours on the 750 as well two up round Spain and it worked out really good. Lastly it takes the 1250 luggage so that was a bonus. Nice review anyway👍

I had the predecessor, the F850GSA, and sold it cos it was a tad underpowered for what I wanted and the front forks were really wallowy too. Unfortunately they were unadjustable. This bike has MANUAL front fork adjustment. Only the rear shock is electronically adjusted. I'd be intrigued to see if the forks were played with, if that fork dive still happens.

thanks for pointing this out about the folks. will ask them if they have been played with and try and mention it on the next video. might be taking the F900 out tomorrow

I took one for a test ride today, and I loved it and the front dive can be adjusted, i was waying up the 1250 but blimey 26k with the extras This bike rides loverley and it is so comfy for me. I would have loved to have a 1250, but this hits the spot just right. And it does gallop on just fine. Adjust the front suspension, and all is fine
