I've had my 335d x drive for about 18 months now and it still regularly puts a smile on my face

After one of those stage 2 remaps and a gearbox remap u can run about 450 bhp and 1000 pf of torque

I'm familiar with that sense of humour but why wouldn't you use turn signals to remind someone that you're coming especially at high speed. I mean what happens if someone suddenly cuts in your lane, that's like every German autobahn's worst nightmare

Strange video. The 316d accelerates at the same speed as the 318d. 😅

there is something wrong with this vid. If you measure 100-160 on 318d and then the 320d then you will find that actually in this vid the 318d is much more powerful. Knowing the performance data I would say that these are exchanged, since normally a 318d needs around 14 seconds to do the 100-160.

I had the 335d, one of the best cars I ever had...and with x-drive perfect traction...I drove the 530d with RWD, terrible during rain

320d is a great car with great engine, I'd prefer it because of the fuel efficiency... 4 cyl seems to be the sweet Spot in 3 Series

325D with 224bhp? No chance is that 220+bhp. Slow as shit. Then the 330D supposedly only has 30bhp more along with being heavier and it’s about 2 seconds faster to 60. That 325D is not 224bhp.

All of them aren't slow. Even though I had to upgrade my Euro 5 320d to a Euro 6 335d (due to the ULEZ in London). 320d was a very good car though. The 320d with auto gear box in this video already goes so well - all you need. And I say that as a German, who frequently drives on the German motorways. The 325d in this video is not a F3x, but an E9x - so not sure what this is about.

Not a bad upgrade tho. Shame that Euro 5 is too dirty by London merits. Funnily enough, first MOT for my 330d says that "emissions too lean to register" and after 8 years I cannot drive into London :)

You surely can appreciate the difference though. The difference between the engines is drastic. For London even 310 would be enough haha. I own the 330d rwd and on this video is obvious what an extra turbo makes when accelerating. Unfortunately the suspension is very soft otherwise it would be the ideal car.
