The harman sounds richer, and also crisper.

It is comparison between base audio and harman, not hi fi vs harman. Hi fi always have a side tweakers near the side doors windows. I don't see them on the video, thus it's a base audio, not hi fi

in f20 hifi does not have side twiters. Its exactly hi--fi music in this car , with dash speaker and amplifier. Now added harman speakers as in the video.

Can I build in the same upgrade when I have the Standard Soundsystem?

The tweeters make a huge difference. I have the F20 LCI-2 with Hi-Fi so it has the under front seat woofers and the lower end speakers and it's pretty good - but you can tell from the extra sound insulation they put in the front door and the tweeters - the HK system sounds better - even through my shitty laptop speakers.

Hifi with tweeters will sound better than the barman kardon
