What set up do you use to get on board data, and what software are you running to get the BMW M overlay? Love it

AIM Solo 2 DL connected to the CAN bus (not OBD) collects all the data. The software that builds the onscreen gauges and renders the video is Race Render.

Thanks! I use Race Render also and haven’t found this M overlay. Guess I need to learn the software better.

@@robbsgarage The specific M overlay as you are calling it is a template I built from scratch. It's not a publicly available thing. I took a photo of my dash gauges and then made that the background of the speed and RPM needles. And then I built the rest of the template gauges. For me, it was worth the effort because it gives the videos a unique look.
