ENG: I have this E28 what i can use from time to time to just cruise around. And in exchange i promised i will take care of that instrument cluster issue. Cluster itself was working order but what bothered me is it didn't count kilometers. I found out that over time odometer gears will wear out and brake. This is the reason why it does not function as it should. So i bought new set of gears and replaced them. I tried to explain as good as i can how to do it. Hopefully this helps E28 owners or at least some of them with the same problem.
EST: Mul on vahelduva eduga kasutada E28, millega ringi kruiisida linnas. Vastutasuks lubasin korda teha spidoploki, mis ei lugenud läbisõitu. Interneti avarustes ringi tuuseldades leidsin infot, et vanadusest surevad ära läbisõitu ette kerivad hammasrattad. Nende katkiste hammasrataste süü läbi ei loe enam kilomeetreid. Õnneks leidsin internetis remodikomplekti ning vahetasin vajalikud varuosad. Proovisin võimalikult hästi lahti seletada kõik võõras keeles. Loodetavasti mõni E28 omanik leiab selle video näol lahenduse.
