Very interesting to see these massive 5.4L V12's that were putting out 320hp over 20 years ago and we now have 4 cylinder 2.0L engines putting out the same horsepower.

That engine was intended to give such a low horsepower , bmw 6.1L V12 ///M power engine of the mclaren F1 gave 627 hp and that's naturally aspirated...

This v12 really has low hp/litre. In that era bmw has straight 6 like the 36 m3, e34 m5 with very high hp/litre

Can these 750il be tuned for more power how does the m73 do in terms of tuning and increased performance

I literally was working on one today and it seemed much faster than this. And sounded different as well 🤔

everyone is complaining about fuel consumption, acceleration speed and genuinely arguing like 13 year old experts and I'm here like.... it needs an LSD more than anything

the design (not in this case but in general) is the most beautiful BMW has done on a 7 series ever. I think it is not that easy to swap an m5 f10 engine into an e38, bit maybe someboday sees this conversation who has experience with it...

I bought a 1998 BMW 750IL V12 with HUGE quad tip flow master exhausts, and you still can't here any exhausts note, LIKE EVER, I'm thinking of just sawing it off at the CAT and just leaving the tips on, Cause its pissing me off to have a V12 with exhaust system and have it sound like a mini van! Let me know what some of you think is wrong. Thanks

Der ist später sowieso geschlachtet worden. Eben ein 900 Euro Auto, welches die besten Jahre schon hinter sich hatte, bevor wir das Video machten.

That sounds like a 728 e38 with a v6 , and i think the reason it was able to do the burnout was due to the dusty road where you started hitting the throttle

The hole in the exhaust system makes the sound unnatural and excessive, also it would look way more authentic if the exhaust came out the end-pipe In don’t want to hate, it’s just my personal option. On the other hand I want so appreciate that nice bmw! It’s a wonderful automobile
