I've got a 340 MPPSK and just did mine. My cold start is even more loud and has more grunt now. Thanks for this small life hack... will report back here if I get any warning light.

Mite not be wanting light on the dash bush sure is waning when I hook up my scan tool I tell me the like is disconnected should not be an issue tho

Simple job....did on two X5s.....30d and40e..big difference...appearance alone from behind...

So with it unplugged valve should be full open ?

or go into the left side of trunk, pop out the little thingy on the wall, and disconnect the valve.

When I did this it’s just closed now, what do I have to do have it open all the time?

You have to be in sports mode when you disconnect it

I thought the car has to be on to do this??

How hard was it to unplug the wiring harness from the actuator? I can't get mine off

@Sohil Parmar ye mate there is a little clip and you just pull it out maybe its a little bit rusted from dust and stuff just pull it harder

I got a muffler delete today and mine is stuck fucking closed on the left side. Tried disconnecting it and even pressing with a wrench as hard as I could, won’t budge

do you have a ecu coder? you can try to reset everything to factory and it might automatically make it open/close, put it in sports mode so its open and then shut off the car. the valve should be open, once you confirm its open after shutting off the car, disconnect the wire that is attached to the flap system.

i've heard that deleting mid pipe sounds better than deleting rear box.
